Mission Statement

We aim to compete and to train to the highest levels.

We welcome as a client everyone who has true interest in improving their riding, whether for pure dressage, eventing or simply being a better rider. We also undertake the training and educating of the galant steed from the youngster to the grand prix horse.

We will seek to pass on to clients our own skills and knowledge, our love of the horse and our enthusiasm for the sport (and the art!).

We welcome enquiries through the following contacts.

Easter Camp

We hope you all enjoyed the camp. I think there was quite a lot of learning as well as socialising! It is good to get feedback from you all and know what’s been good and what ideas you have about new/different activities.

We’ve put some emails up - hope you all reflect on what you have learned - and would like some photos if anyone has any. Please email to Hannah

Also competition results and results of theory tests.

Hi Hannah/Becky/Anne

Just wanted to write and thank you all for all of the work put in to organise and deliver the Camp and Competition last week. It was really useful, much appreciated and very well organised.

It was quite daunting for me at the start because it was the first time mum had deposited me with full responsibility for myself, lorry, 2 horses - getting myself everywhere on time and cooking when I got back. Surprisingly I was really organised and realised that it was much easier than I had expected.

Lessons with Kirsty were great on both horses, and I was obviously pleased with the competition results.

I learnt lots of things about myself over the 3 days and was really chuffed with the way I lived up to the responsibility, so lots of positives in addition to the riding and horsecare skills picked up.

Just wanted you all to how how valuable these experiences are in lots of ways that you probably wouldn’t realise.

Thank you all once again

Kind Regards Emma Jablonski

Hi Hannah, Thanks for a fab three days! I was pleased with Johnnys progress, and think Saturday was a good learning curve! Jess

Hi Hannah & Becky,

Just wanted to send you a quick email to say a big big thank you for making me feel so welcome on the camp but also for organising it all, I cannot believe how much I felt Plex improved from only 3 lessons (please say a huge thank you to Kirsty too as the three lesson I had really were brilliant not only did plex improve I felt it help my riding enormously! and she also gave me things to work on which are already improving!!inc my strong right hand!!!)

I really enjoyed the three days and just wish I was ten years younger when I found out about the camp and BYRDS!!! I was really pleased with plex slightly annoyed at myself for forgetting to give and retake in both canters in my novice test hence getting 4’s for them! but I guess at least that was me not plex!! Considering prior to camp id never really got plex’s canter established I was so pleased with the help kirsty gave me to establish and tidy up his general way of going!

Thanks again for a brilliant time and I look forward to hearing from you about other events and training!as its my last year of under 25’s im keen to do and go to as much as I can now!especially if I improve like I feel I did over the 3 days each time!!!!

Thank you

Lara xxxxxx (and Plex!!)
